Vegan Toolkit Workshop cooking course

Until I went on this course, I didn’t realise how much I needed to learn, just to get the basics right.

The course was at The Vegetarian Society’s cookery school (www.vegsoccookeryschool.org) in Altrincham on Friday 15th January.

Unfortunately we started over an hour late because the tutor’s car broke down and we had to wait for her to arrive.

As a result, the rest of the day was a bit of a rush. There were lots of new dishes to cook, and I’ve never really cooked against the clock before, so it was an interesting experience. Not as stressful as I’d feared to be honest, but certainly a new challenge.

And I enjoyed it enough to book on the Vegan Baking course in a couple of weeks time!
