I would love to have an avocado anything but I’m just sitting here staring at my avocado and hoping that it will be ripe soon.

Yeah but nothing to put it in. Fortunately it’s pretty close to ripe so I’d guess that I will have some tasty avocado tomorrow โบ

I’m not sure I’d call what I do planning ๐ I’m more of a “I will have avocado in some form tomorrow!” Type of person. But yeah sometimes I plan food for the entire week ๐

I find it’s helpful to plan if you’ve got kids at home. Make a meal plan, stick it on the side of the fridge.
“What are we eating tonight?”
Me: points at the fridge.
“Uh, OK, then”.

No kids and just me that eats vegan so I have the luxury of being able to just eat whatever I feel like all day every day ๐
If the store has a special offer on something I tend to plan meals with it to save a bit of money.
