Raw vegan carrot cake with cashew cream topping. This is definitely the best raw dessert I’ve made.

Don’t be put off by my slightly blurry photograph (“it moved while I was taking the picture, honest!“), this really is a good recipe.
It’s based roughly on this one by The Tasty K with a few variations.
I’m only testing the water with raw vegan food but this cake is a total winner.
