Breakfast of champions (and vegans)

Yes it’s time for another of our “it’s-too-simple, you-can’t-call-that-a-recipe” recipes.

Well  it is that simple and it really is the delicious breakfast you want to eat next weekend. It’s high in fibre and protein too.

Take your favourite toast (home-made wholemeal bread in our case) and cover it with a deep, thick layer of hummus. If you haven’t got any hummus at home, you could make my lovely, tasty tofu miso hummus or even try peanut butter.

Top if off with a heap of toasted sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Simple and delicious.
