Italian orzo pasta and spinach soup

Tonight we made this excellent Italian orzo pasta & spinach soup.

We adapted and veganised this recipe: https://www.gimmesomeoven.com/italian-orzo-spinach-soup-recipe/ and can report that it’s very easy to make, cheap in the cost of its ingredients and, above all, super tasty.

We gave it five marks out of five! We will definitely be making it again.
