Two ingredient vegan pancakes

Sundays are for savoury pancakes. Two ingredients, 100% vegan, just add avocado, spinach, mushrooms etc to your taste.

All you need is one cup of gram flour and one cup of plant milk. Mix them together in a bowl or a jug, season with salt and pepper and add some nutritional yeast if you want.

Then pour a half-cup of the mixture into a hot frying pan.

Cook for 5-6 minutes each side. You know when it’s time to flip them over because you’ll see little bubbles on the top, just like in old-style dairy-based pancakes.

Enjoy them hot with your favourite savoury toppings.
