Make some soda bread today

This may actually be the easiest bread recipe in the world, with just four basic ingredients. Flour, soy milk (in fact, any plant-based milk will work), lemon juice, baking soda. That’s it. You don’t even have to knead it, just give it a vigorous stirring and mixing in the bowl.

If you want to see the recipe written down, it’s here: Fruit soda bread. Today I swapped out the raisins for seeds instead: sunflower and pumpkin seeds in the bread, black and white sesame seeds on the top.

It takes less than an hour from opening the cupboard to getting the hot bread out of the oven. Do it today, because fresh bread makes everything better for a while.

Soda Bread. Straight from the oven, soon to be eaten with bare hands probably.
