This may actually be the easiest bread recipe in the world, with just four basic ingredients. Flour, soy milk (in fact, any plant-based milk will work), lemon juice, baking soda. That’s it. You don’t even have to knead it, just give it a vigorous stirring and mixing in the bowl.

It takes less than an hour from opening the cupboard to getting the hot bread out of the oven. Do it today, because fresh bread makes everything better for a while.
