I was a vegetarian for 20 years and became a vegan in late 2015.
I suddenly discovered I needed to learn how to cook.
My cooking journey is only just starting so some of the recipes on here are based on ones I have found. I use them, I adapt them, I cook them myself, I document them and I’ll always give credit when I can give you a source.
All recipes in this blog are suitable for vegans, vegetarians and dairy-free diets. They contain no animal products. No meat, fish, eggs, milk or cheese. Animals don’t need to suffer for us to eat amazing food.
